Rock 'n' Roll Roy Toy was a former Superuniverse Top 10 character based off of the hilarious antics involved in a video sent to Southern States Wrestling promoter Beau James depicting three shoddy workers at a poorly attended wrestling event in the late 1990's.

The creation of the character can be traced back to a video posted by the “King of Kingsport” Beau James to his Youtube channel on August 30, 2011. Beau states in the description that he’s been promoting wrestling for 20+ years and had gotten hundreds of videos from people wanting to get booked, and he’s kept them all – good, or bad; Rock ‘n’ Roll Roy Toy would fall into the latter.

In Episode 11, TGBL and Bix decided to do a live riffing of the match alongside the episode guest, Jim Cornette. TGBL states that Beau had sent this to the show, and had stressed to Brian that he had never hired or had anything to do with any of the participants in the match. The video consists of three wrestlers in a Triple Threat Match working a sub par independent show in front of a sparse group of fans; the video never states who Rock ‘n’ Roll Roy Toy actually is. The three workers vary in shapes and sizes – one with a red shirt who sits in the corner the entire match and waits until the spot to come in and break up a pin, one who does a majority of the whips and bumps, and a rotund, out of shape man wearing a wifebeater and sweatpants. The match consisted of the workers standing around in-between spots looking lost, little to no emphasis on posture, and terrible bumps: one involving the more spry worker getting drop-kicked stiffly in the gut before falling backwards onto the large frame of the bigger wrestler with his back draped over him like he’s dying on a hill. Other highlights from the match videotape include some fans pushing and shoving each other directly in the sight line of the camera shooting the match.

In the description of Beau’s video, he states that Rock ‘n’ Roll Roy Toy – AKA Roy Rigsby – was a “regular ticket buying fan” who claimed to be "Ricky Morton-esque" worker who "worked for 20+ years" but “was just a middle aged man with zero training wearing track pants and tennis shoes.” It was then stated by Beau James himself that Roy Toy was indeed the wrestler with the red shirt during the 3-way match.
